🔄 Order Issues
I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?
Email us immediately at support@frvrthreads.com with the correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to update it in time.
I ordered the wrong size or colour. Can I change it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t modify items. Contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do before it’s shipped.
My item is faulty — what do I do?
Email us with your order number and clear photos at support@frvrthreads.com so we can sort it quickly.
I’m missing an item from my order.
Check all wrapping thoroughly. If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll get it resolved.
I received the wrong item.
Email us at support@frvrthreads.com and we’ll fix it for you.
I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation.
Check your spam or junk folders. Still nothing? Log into your account to check your order, or contact us.
Where do I put my billing address?
Just enter your shipping address at checkout — we don’t need your billing address.
Can I return something I purchased with Afterpay?
Yes — our usual returns policy applies regardless of how you paid. See Shipping & Returns for details.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (AEST), usually within 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery take in Australia?

Metro areas: 1–3 business days

Regional: 3–5 business days

Express orders placed before 11am AEST ship same-day
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to find your tracking number.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?

Express: No signature required. If you're not home, the parcel will be left in a safe spot.

Courier (e.g. StarTrack): Signature required. If no one’s home, a card will be left for redelivery or pickup.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally, including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Asia, and more.
How long is international shipping?
Most orders arrive in 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Possibly. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your checkout total. Refusing to pay may result in your parcel being returned to us, with shipping costs deducted from your refund.

When will this item be restocked?
Most of our collections are limited runs, so once it's gone, it might not return. Email us to check if a restock is planned.
What size should I choose?
Check our Size Guide available on each product page. We also include fit tips in every product description.
💥 Promotions & Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
No — only one code can be applied per order.
Forgot to use a promo code?
Email us with your order number and the code. We’ll try our best, but can’t promise changes after checkout.
