🚚 Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7:00am – 2:30pm AEST. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Print on Demand items require 7–14 business days before dispatch and ship via standard post (no express options available for these). A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse.

During high-volume periods (e.g. sales or promotions), please allow additional time for processing.

🌍 International Orders & Duties

All international orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We are required by law to declare the full value of your order. Customs clearance may delay delivery in some regions.

Estimated duty-free thresholds:

  • New Zealand: Under NZD $1,000

  • UK: Under £130

  • EU: Often from €1–€45 (country-specific)

If your cart total exceeds these limits, consider placing two separate orders. Always check your local customs website for the latest rules.

Products are made in China and shipped from Australia.

🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns on full-priced items within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • With tags, stickers, and original packaging

  • Free from pet hair, lint, cologne, deodorant, etc.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your receipt. Returns take 7–15 business days to process once received.

  • Sale items

  • Discounted orders (e.g. promo codes, bundle deals)

  • Underwear

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges on full-priced items only, within 15 days of purchase.
Include your order number and your requested size/item inside your return parcel.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a Store Credit Code via email.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, email us at support@frvrthreads.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation

We’ll review your case and provide instructions for return or replacement as per Australian Consumer Law.

🎁 Promotions, Bundles & Codes
  • All discounted/bundle items are final sale

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Free gifts must be returned with your order if you're requesting a refund

  • Returning part of a bundle? The original discount will be adjusted and reflected in your refund

  • Orders purchased with a discount code are non-refundable

💳 Afterpay Returns
  • You can return full-priced Afterpay items for exchange within 15 days

  • Keep your Afterpay payments up-to-date during the return process

  • Afterpay contracts changed or cancelled may incur a $10 admin fee
